What is an affiliate link?

An affiliate link is a tracked link to another company's product. If you click one of our affiliate links and then sign up or buy something, the company pays us a commission. There is no extra cost to you. You pay the same price you would have paid going to the company directly.

How we choose what to recommend

We only recommend products we think are genuinely useful for our readers. Receiving commission does not change our editorial judgement. If a product is not a good fit for the topic, we do not include it, regardless of what the commission rate is.

Our calculators (such as the salary calculator, bonus tax calculator, and salary sacrifice calculator) do not contain affiliate links. They are tools, not sales pages.

How we label affiliate content

Every affiliate placement on this site appears inside a clearly labelled box marked "Affiliate" with a short statement explaining the commercial relationship. We also link to this page from the footer so the disclosure is always one click away.

Affiliate links use the rel="sponsored" attribute, following Google's guidance for paid links.
